Introduction:
Our school is committed to nurturing students' diverse interests and talents, empowering them to utilize their strengths and grow holistically. To this end, we have established the Student Leadership Training Group to oversee the Student Union and Student Council, enabling students to plan, organize, execute, and review various activities. This broadens their learning experiences and perspectives.
Additionally, to democratize leadership training, our school offers leadership courses to enhance students' problem-solving and resilience skills, equipping them to tackle challenges and adapt to an ever-changing society.
We cultivate future societal leaders across three key dimensions:
|
Attitude |
Interpersonal Skills |
Execution Ability |
|
Student leaders are encouraged to emulate the selfless spirit of Jesus Christ, serving others with humility and a mindset of "not to be served, but to serve." |
As leaders, students must prioritize team-building, learn to deliberate with respect, rationality, and responsibility, and develop communication and collaboration skills. |
Leaders must complete tasks punctually and continuously improve efficiency. They should overcome challenges and embrace positive change. |
Objectives of the Leadership Training Group:
- Enhance students' problem-solving and resilience skills through leadership training, fostering a persistent attitude in the face of difficulties.
- Promote holistic growth-physical and mental-through diverse activities, cultivating positive educational values (self-discipline, respect, courtesy, and compassionate service).
- Foster students' sense of responsibility and school belonging through Student Union and Student Council activities.
- Improve communication skills and leadership abilities through discussions and teamwork.
- Strengthen students' self-confidence and affirmation of their capabilities through team-building and election processes, while experiencing God's guidance.
- Unleash creativity by designing activities, services, and products, nurturing students' "pioneering and innovative abilities."
Components of the Leadership Training Group:
The Leadership Training Group consists of three parts: the Student Union, the Student Council, and leadership training courses/activities.
