Since the founding of our school, the music room has been continuously in use, playing a key role in our music education. With the rapid advancement of modern technology, both facilities and teaching methods must evolve to keep pace with the times. Therefore, in 2022, our Head of Music, Ms. Lai Wing-yee, applied to the Education Bureau for the Quality Education Fund, aiming to enhance students' musical literacy and interest through an innovative music curriculum focused on remix teaching.
After years of effort, we were honored to receive approval in 2025, securing nearly HK$320,000 in funding from the Education Bureau to launch this new music program. Renovating the music room was one of the key components of the funded project. To provide students with an ideal environment for learning music, the redesigned music room integrates recording, filming, and remixing capabilities-creating a studio-like space that evokes the atmosphere of a live performance stage.
